EXTRA WIDE and SUPER WIDE CALF circumference range of 17” for “W” foot widths to 19” for “WW” foot widths. The David Tate boot line is only manufactured with the W widths all having 17” calf circumferences and the WW widths having 19” calf circumferences. They do not make medium widths in the 17” or 19” calf size. If you are a medium width with a 17” or 19” calf and would love a pair of these wonderful plus calf boots, please order using your correct calf size and you can get a pair of Dr. Scholl’s insoles to make the W or WW width foot fit tighter.
This beautiful smooth black leather tailored casual or dress boot has a 1 1/4” stacked heel. Shaft height is 14” (measured from the top of the heel) and this boot has a rubber flexible non-skid sole, tricot lining and full inside zipper.
Laces in the back open a full 2 inches more and there is also an elastic gore on the zipper side of the boot which can stretch up to one inch more than shown for added calf width. The elastic can also be enlarged by a shoemaker if needed.
